Within these fifty years the scenario in the field of education has changed drastically. The role of the school and the class teacher has been rewritten in the contemporary context. There is an exponential increase in information, opportunities to acquire knowledge and  increase competition. Today knowledge is power, keeping this thing in mind we intend to  make our school Local  through reviewing and revitalizing their operations to meet the learning needs and aspirations of the students.

It is rightly said “you may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don’t try.” It has been our constant endeavor to provide the best for our students. Teachers not only impart knowledge, they also give skills for leading a successful life.

Nav Bharat Vidya Mandal (NBVM) has a goal of providing education that develops a child into a complete personality with sound principles and moral of love, service, kindness and devotion ultimately, our schools may become centers of art of living and learning.

It gives me great joy to bring our school on Web Site which coincides with an important event in the life of my congregation . As we observed the first death of founder Dr.Choithram Gidwani, we realized the power of his mission, how we have been able to fulfill that mission in the life of our students and in our mission here and now.

When the “going gets tough, the tough does get going” I mention this because, way back in 1959 Dr.C.G.High School, had made a very modest beginning . Today it has come a long way. During the period of its growth and development our founder members faced many hardships . This institution has blessed thousands of pupils year after year and they have been torch bearers in the world, wherever they are placed. We thank God for all his blessings on our students and well- wishers.  The founders established this institution with the aim of creating such fearless, selfless, loyal and good citizen as will serve their community as well as country with  devotion and dedication .

The motto of our school is “ Enter to learn and go out to serve”. and Almighty God will strengthen us to fulfill  the same.

I am very thankful to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to all who have worked here during the past years to make this institution what it is today.
